Returns

We hope you will wear every item in your SHOE order.

But if you have any questions or something is wrong, you can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form below. Important: All items must be returned unused: clean, unworn with all tags and original packaging. Items returned after 14 days of receipt of delivery will be returned to the customer. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. Refunds are made in full via the same method used for payment no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items at our facility. Defective items can be returned. All non-defective items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (ie used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. During peak periods such as holidays, sales and new releases, returns may be slowed down.

How to return.

Follow these steps to return your items. Register your return using the online form below. Place the items in the original box or one of a similar size. Book the collection of the package through the courier of your choice (Poste Italiane, BRT, etc.) or take it to the nearest office using as shipping address: FREE SRL Via Giovanni Palatucci 7 – 47100 Forlì (Italy) If the order has been placed in cash on delivery mode, do not forget to specify your Iban in the "your message" box that you find in the online form below.
