But if you have any questions or something is wrong, you can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form below.
All items must be returned unused: clean, unworn with all tags and original packaging. Items returned after 14 days of receipt of delivery will be returned to the customer. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

The refund is total and takes place with the same method used for payment no later than 14 days from receipt of the items returned to our office. Defective items are accepted. All non-defective items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e., used, washed, soiled, or damaged) will not be refunded and will get back to the sender. Returns may be in delay during holidays, sales, and new releases.

How do I return one or more items?

Follow the steps below.

Register your return using the online form below.
Place the items in the original box or one of a similar size.
Book a parcel collection or take your parcel to your nearest courier (Poste Italiane, BRT, etc.) using the shipping address: FREE S.R.L. Via Giovanni Palatucci 7 – 47100 Forlì (Italy).
If you placed your order in cash on delivery, do not forget to specify your Iban in the “comments” box below.
